Shipping & Returns

Hillberg & Berk offers FREE shipping on all online purchases within Canada over $80.00 CAD.

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days (unless otherwise notified).

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been successfully placed. If you need to adjust your online order, please contact inquire@hillbergandberk.com. Upon shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your invoice and tracking number. We recommend saving the tracking number. Once the shipping confirmation email is sent changes can no longer be made to orders.

All Canada Post shipments require a signature at the time of delivery. If no one is present at the time of delivery the package will be held for pick-up and you will be notified by a placard at your home.

Shipping Options:

  • Free Shipping on orders over $80.00 - Standard Post: 2 - 9 business days in Canada.
  • $10.95 on orders under $80.00 - Standard Post: 2 - 9 business days in Canada.
  • $39.95 - Priority Post: Next business day for most cities in Canada (order must be placed by 12pm CST).
  • $25.00 - FedEx International Economy: 6 business days to the United States.

Return Policy:

Return for full refund within seven days and exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Please click here to submit a request to return or exchange your online order.

Products received as a gift may be exchanged or returned for store credit with a valid gift receipt. Gift receipts are valid for 45 days after purchase.

Holiday purchases can be returned for a full refund until January 15 2017 - with original receipt and for the original form of payment. Items must be in original condition. Gift receipts are eligible for exchange or in-store credit only.

Once your request is submitted, a member of our online team with be in touch with further instructions. Please note, product must be in original condition and online orders cannot be returned in-store.

Product Care

Material & Care Information

We recommend storing silver and gold jewellery in an airtight container between wears. It is important never to spray chemicals while wearing jewellery. Instead, spray all products on and allow to dry thoroughly before putting on jewellery. Polish tarnished silver jewellery with a soft, treated cloth rather than abrasive dipping solutions. Clean silver near gemstones with a toothbrush and toothpaste. Dry thoroughly after cleaning.

Please treat your H&B jewellery, especially Swarovksi crystal and semi-precious gemstones, with the utmost care. Clean gemstones using a soft, untreated cloth. Always keep your Sparkle Balls™ free from moisture.

Due to the individual nature of semi-precious stones, each piece of stone jewellery is unique, just like you. Stones will differ from piece to piece and may have inclusions, fissures or imperfections. These are natural and add to the unique beauty of each piece.

Hillberg & Berk Sparkle Balls™ are made with hand-set crystals in a clay base. This construction gives Sparkle Balls™ their beautiful symmetry and lustre, but also means that they should stay away from liquids, including showers, hot tubs and beauty products.

Warranty

Hillberg & Berk Collection Warranty

We see every piece of Hillberg & Berk handcrafted jewellery as an investment. We offer a five year warranty against defect on all of our products with the exception of Swarovski crystal (including Sparkle Ball™ studs) and semi-precious stones. Should you encounter a defect or design flaw, return the piece to us for repair or replacement by calling Hillberg & Berk at 306-522-5893 or email inquire@hillbergandberk.com for return authorization.

Sparkle Collection

One Year Warranty

Guaranteed against defect for one year from date of purchase with proof of receipt or Sparkle warranty card. Return to point of purchase or contact inquire@hillbergandberk.com. Damage caused by failure to follow care instructions will not be covered under warranty.

After one year, repairs are available for a nominal fee.
