Shipping

As our collection is hand-made for you when you order, please allow 2-3 weeks for the production and delivery of your item. You will be notified by email when your shipment has been sent. If you do not receive your order within 10 days of email confirmation of shipment please contact Hillberg & Berk at (306) 522-5893. Please note that due to natural variations in materials we use all of our pieces are unique. Therefore the piece you receive may have slight variations in shape, size or color of the stones from the sample pictured on our website.

Guarantee & Return Policy

We offer a 5 year guarantee on all of our products (with the exception of stretch bracelets), some items even come with a lifetime guarantee. If you ever encounter a problem or design flaw in one of our pieces you can return it to us for replacement by calling Hillberg & Berk at (306) 522-5893 for our return address.

Return Shipping:
Please package your return with care: Package all your items securely so it is one unified package ready for delivery. The original packaging is recommended. Make sure to include a copy of the original receipt with your item.

DO NOT indicate on the package that it contains jewelry, or other luxury-related items, as this invites theft.

Shipment and Insurance: Use the following shipping methods depending on the value of your order. The minimum return shipping method should be (XpressPost from Canada or FedEx Ground from the United States) with insurance and a signature required. Make sure you can track your package. This will help guarantee that the package arrives to us.

Return Process:
Hillberg & Berk will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return. Items must be returned in the condition they were sent for a full refund. Returns take approximately 7 business days to process upon receipt of the item. Hillberg & Berk will refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING shipping, handling and insurance charges. Refunds will be made using the mode of payment used in the original purchase. Please allow 7 business days for your credit to appear after the product has been received.

Required Conditions of Return:
-Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received within 30 days from the date of SHIPMENT. Orders received after this date will not be accepted for refund, exchange or repair.

Satisfaction Guaranteed:
If a customer is not 100% satisfied with their purchase a full refund, exchange, or store credit will be provided within 30 days from the date of shipment. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Product must be in the same condition as when you received it from us.

Repairs:
a) Design flaw: A store credit or exchange will be provided within 90 days from the date of shipment for any repairs determined, through inspection, to be caused by a design flaw.
b) General Repair: General repair is considered damage caused by the customer. In such cases, repairs will be accepted and fixed for a minimal charge. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
