Slick WorldWe've heard from a couple of the dragons in the first two issues of Slick World. In this issue, we find out what it's like to have entered the den, and come away with some backing, and what that has meant for a small business. Rachel Mielke of Regina, Saskatchewan entered the den last year seeking $200,000 for her high end jewellery company, Hillberg & Berk. Mielke got a bit of a rough ride at first but, in the end, Brett Wilson wrote her a cheque for $200,000 in exchange for 30% of the company.

"You're a star!"
