Collaborators with a Cause

Dionne Warner and Brett Kissel support causes close to their hearts.

At Hillberg & Berk, we love collaborating with inspirational people who give back to our community. For Breast Cancer Awareness Month, two of our collaborators are helping raise awareness for foundations they are passionate about.

Dionne Warner is a cancer survivor, advocate and motivational speaker. We collaborated with Dionne to support of The Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation (CBCF) through the creation of a Pink Hope Sparkle Collection, with 10% of proceeds benefiting CBCF.

Dionne is a warrior with a sparkling personality, and a beacon of hope to all those touched by cancer. We are proud to have such an inspiring, empowered woman as the spokeswoman for the collection for the second year.

Our partner, Brett Kissel, has also been affected by cancer and works to raise money to support a cause that is near and dear to his heart. Inspired by his mother's battle with cancer, Brett released his single “I Didn’t Fall in Love With Your Hair". All iTunes and Warner Music proceeds from the song will be donated to the Canadian Cancer Society.

We had the pleasure of experiencing Brett’s giving nature firsthand last holiday season, when he joined us to share sparkle with Compassion House, The United Way, Santa's Anonymous, The Make A Wish Foundation and The Garrison Military Family Centre in Edmonton.

We are happy to support two generous and uplifting people and the causes they are passionate about.
